A Legacy of Talent Development

At Baylor TIP, we know the future is in the hands of the next generation. That's why we love to see our young scholars join us for the University for Young People (UYP) program. UYP is in its 41st year at Baylor, and many of our current TIP instructors at all levels remember their time as UYP participants. Baylor has been, and will continue to be a strong partner in gifted education and talent development, and we are only growing from here. From UYP to TIP Intermediate, to our Talent Identification Program and TIP opportunities for 8th-12th graders, and especially our Project Promise program, we are committed to developing our own potential to the fullest as well.
