Rick Moser
Instructional Staff
Rick Moser served as a nuclear engineer for the US Navy, operating the Navy’s nuclear power plants at sea, and teaching sailors and officers how to safely do that at a land-based prototype in preparation for an at-sea assignment. That led to a 20-year career in semiconductor engineering. He previously worked with Duke TIP for five summers as an Instructor, Academic Coordinator, and course developer, and he has six years of experience teaching AP Physics, AP Chemistry, PreCalc, and engineering students in private high schools in DFW. More recently, he made a return to semiconductor engineering at Texas Instruments in Dallas. He holds a BS in Chemistry from Hardin-Simmons University, and an MS in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of North Texas.
