Elizabeth Branstetter

Elizabeth Branstetter is a University Scholar at Baylor University studying English, Classics, Art History, and Creative Writing. She serves as senior visual art editor for the Phoenix Literary Magazine, sponsored by the Baylor University English department. Elizabeth also works as editor for Baylor’s undergraduate research magazine, the Pulse. She focuses her research on Southern Gothic Literature and Latin Lyric Poetry. Her own poetry and art explores the historical power of myth and its ability to restore personal and collective identity.
