Nilay Ayse Gunel is a PhD student and research assistant in the Educational Psychology department at Baylor University, with a background in physics education and a master's degree in gifted education. Her research areas focus on creativity in gifted education and high-order thinking skills. Research is her passion, and she is dedicated to finding new ways to encourage and measure creativity in gifted learners.
